1. Shipping Conditions

COLORBUX ships directly from the warehouse in Switzerland. Therefore, at the moment, we only ship our products to customers in Switzerland. We do so using the Swiss Postal Service.

Fulfillment of shipping of our Products takes only up to 4 days after order placement. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email, should the ordered products not arrive on time. For more information, please contact us via email or read our terms and conditions.

2. Product returns

Customers may return products to COLORBUX given the following circumstances:

• If you are ever unsatisfied with the product for any reason.

We call this our 4-EVER Guarantee: Should you ever be unsatisfied with our products, you can send them to our address and get a full refund upon arrival of the package. And yes, even after the product is damaged or used and even after 53 years after purchase, if you so choose.

Should you decide to return your ordered product, you will have to do so at your own expense. Please follow the instructions and guidelines of our legally binding terms and conditions, so the return and refund processes can go smoothly.
